Violin Masters' Duet Repertoire: Violin Duet Collection - Unaccompanied (Rubank Educational Library)

There is a very nice selection of classical pieces in this book. This is not for a rank beginner probably more on a beginner moving toward an intermediate level player.

These songs are all intermediate. I'm a highschool level player, so all songs require some practice before I get the hang of them. And my friend I was hoping to play these with doesn't really have time to practice, so we kinda just gave up on this book. I was hoping for more variety in difficulty. Also I was hoping for more variety in style. These all have the classical feel, like I'm playing for a royal audience and nobody is farting. Still, it's a great selection of fun intermediate classical songs and I've actually enjoyed and will continue to enjoy playing them!

I really liked the music, it's arranged very well for duets and for me to help teach upstarts a little more challenging music.

An old standard

Great all-purpose duet book for students of various levels. Nice arrangements. Something for everybody. Easy-to-read graphics and other editorial helps.

Both 1st and 2nd parts on are the same page so playing has to be done sharing the same stand. Would prefer separate parts. A note to this effect should be added to the product description.
