Exo Terra Forest Plume Moss, 7 Quarts, 2-Pack

My room noticeably started to smell like a forest after a month of them in my plants. I really liked the ambiance it added to my room specially the scent contrary to what others claimed. It is also more manageable compared to sphagnum and more aesthetically pleasing. Some of them turned green especially the top probably due to algae growth but it doesn't look mushy like sphagnum. The only downside is the moisture retention as I need to double the frequency of how often I sprayed my sphagnum before.

Bought for mixing with soil for creating Terrarium soil mix as a moisture holding component. Since I am not using as a bedding for reptiles I can't comment on how it will suit a pet reptile. Odour is quite strong. Four stars because of the odour. Expands to a large quantity. 2 pack means two bricks packed together, not separate packs of the same.

This forest moss works extremely well. Once you soak it, it bulks up way more than expected — one of the compressed disks expanded enough to fill almost four sections of my moss pole. The quantity is impressive, and the texture is perfect for keeping humidity up. Clean, soft, and great for plant projects or terrarium setups. Definitely worth it!

Cones in a side block lime a brick. Pull or cut away what you need and soak in water. A little slice goes a long, long way...! Easy store without mess. Makes my cuttings grow quickly and they flourish. The only moss I buy

This is the best reptile moss I have purchased. It really expands and excellent quality. Goes a LONG way once it reaches its potential. Would highly recommend.
