It's an unsafe product, don't risk your life!

I used this item today for the first time. The moment I have released the load on it ( half side of a sedan vehicle weighing less than 2 tons) the black part of the jack broke in two pieces. Luckily my hydraulic lift was still holding the car otherwise I would be potentially dead or severely injured now. Unfortunately my return window has closed 2 days ago, however I think it is fair to claim my money back for buying an unsafe product.
