These look SO good! We used them in a beth small room so we only bought one order. Because of this we had to be very careful because we didn't even have one left over, so no room to mess one up. They do come in the silver-ish Styrofoam color so we painted them with a flat white which looks SO good. I hand painted them with a 4 inch brush before we hung them. We had to caluk the lines in between the squares because our ceiling that we were covering was yellow and our walls weren't straight but adding the caulking was well worth the extra work. We used a had squeeze tube of caulking not a gun. The adhesive that this product recommended is perfect and really strong but we needed alot so buy extra. The tiles weren't hard to hang just time consuming because you want them straight. We used a work bench that's meant to be stood on and not a ladder made it 10× easier. Anyway they LOOK AMAZING and you can't tell the are super think foam.

A ceiling in one of my rentals was in really rough shape. I decided to give these a try and am very happy with the final result. I used Styro Pro adhesive to stick to the ceiling and paintable caulking in the joints. A big fluffy roller and two coats of white ceiling paint. These tiles are very easy to cut and fit into place. I'm a fifty five year old woman and I did the entire job by myself...with drying time in between the whole job took me three days from start to finish...I would definitely use these again...when I purchased these tiles in October 2020 they were $46 CAD/ 8 tiles...

Where were these 15 years ago?! I wanted a tin look ceiling for ages, but couldn't afford the real deal. I've used tin look acoustic tiles and even textured wallpaper to try to get the look, and this puts them both to shame. These are so beautiful! I used them to cover a hideous popcorn ceiling that I'd painted dark brown for some reason. So easy to install, and since the tiles are big, it went quick. I cut them with scissors, since I was going to cover the edges with molding. I used Loctite Power Grab to adhere them, and painted them with white semi-gloss. If I use them again, I might paint before installing, just to save some wear & tear on the old shoulders.

I always wanted to add some ceiling tiles to my home office, but the method I keep finding was "too complex" I came across this product and decided to give it a try. These are very lightweight and you only need a high tack adhesive to set them in place, they are easy to install. A room 10'x11' took me about 2 hrs to complete (as you will need to keep getting down of the ladder to get the next tile). IF you have a helper you can finish faster, and as with everything, you spend more time on the details as a lot of measuring and cutting happens.I am very happy with this product and would likely to consider it if doing another project like this.

These seemed to be as advertised. They were easy to install. You could tell they were styrofoam so I painted them. My paint started flaking off within days however - not sure if this was from the tile or the paint.
