First of all, I LOVE Nick's ice cream, notably Triple Choklad, Mint Chokladchip, and Salta Karamell. Karamell Swirl is pretty good too. Choklad Choklad and Swedish Choklad are also good. Phenomenal flavors.I ordered the Swedish Baker's Favorite Variety Pack because I really wanted to try the Swedish Lemon Bar ice cream and couldn't find it in a store. To buy online, you have to buy 6 and they had a sale on this variety pack, so I ended up with 2 of each: Swedish Lemon Bar, Birthdag Cake, and Swedish Cookie Dough.The Swedish Lemon Bar was just ok for me, with swirls of lemon curd, but I was hoping for more of a 'punch' of flavor. The Birthdag Cake was just ok too, with 'sprinkles' throughout. The Swedish Cookie Dough was the best of the three in my opinion, with chunks of what tasted to me like brown sugar and cinnamon.I don't think I'll order this variety pack again, but I will definitely be buying more Nick's ice cream in other flavors. It's really that good, and much better than other 'keto' type ice-cream-like products out there.

I tried one pint of the Nick's Triple chocolate and it tasted wonderful and I would rank it up there with the best of the current crop of low calorie ice creams in the supermarkets. However, is has a strong laxative effect. Thus, I would recommend staying home after you eat it since the laxative effect will come on in an hour or two. The sugar alcohol used is one of the best ones and has essentially no calories (erythritol and Allulose) and they have about 1/3 the laxative effect of maltitol but it still packs a punch. If you are used to consuming sugar alcohol and used to its laxative effect then I highly recommend Nick's. Just have a little extra TP on hand and maybe a wipe or two. I have plenty of both and plan on eating a couple pints a weeks until all gone.

l like the ice cream!

I was skeptical- but no more. We received our shipment of 6 pints on Wednesday- it’s Saturday now, and I can’t tell a lie- 5 of the 6 are already gone! Yum - and no guilt! I’ve had light and diet type ice creams before and never been impressed. They always seemed to have a weird consistency and just felt like a mouth full of fake. Nick’s is different- delicious and so so smooth and creamy. That was my favorite thing about it- It really felt like full fat ice cream in my mouth. My favorite was the salted caramel and my husband loved the peanut butter cup, but cookies and creamwas yum too. Seriously delish- give it a try- you won’t be disappointed. (Packing and shipping was great too- still completely frozen on arrival.)

Never again will I feel guilty for eating a pint of ice cream by myself! I ordered this pack mainly for the Swedish Lemon Bar but was shocked when I loved the other 2 just as much. Package arrived intact with easy instructions on how to handle the packaging and dry ice. It became routine to have a little bit of all 3 every time I wanted a snack. Perfect for any time of day & the best part of any of these is the balance - will satisfy that sweet tooth BUT also takes into consideration any health concerns you may be monitoring. Great ice creams on their own but still kept their yummy flavor when I added my own toppings + turned cookie dough into an affogato!! Delicious!!

I received my sampler pack and was pleasantly surprised at all the flavor options that came with it. Cookies and Kram, Peanot Butter Cup and Karamell Swirl are all the flavors I would normally choose if I was getting my own sampler pack. My absolute favorite was the Karamell Swirl. It reminded me of Haagen Dazs Dulce De Leche, which is one of my favorites, but it's less than half the calories!As a huge ice cream lover, it's pretty awesome to find one that can satisfy my cravings while actually being healthy. I'd highly recommend anyone to give Nicks a shot, especially if you're like me and need to have a regular ice cream fix. Can't wait to try the other flavors!

I have become kind of obsessed with Nick's Triple Choklad and Swedish Choklad icecream. They are SO chocolaty and have a wonderful creamy, smooth, buttery texture. I don't think I'd ever bother with another "low carb" option out there. I remember the first time tasting Triple Choklad and having to look at the nutritional label again. It really doesn't taste like it's that low calorie or low carb. Because the icecream is so light and fluffy, I do have to be careful not to eat the whole pint all at once.... although even if I do, that's still like only eating a quarter of a pint of Ben & Jerry's. LOL The shipment came nicely packed with dry ice. Everything was frozen and orderly. I'd definitely buy Nick's again!

I got this as an early xmas gift for my fiance as he's a sweet tooth and we both are victims to the quarantine fifteen. This ice cream is so yummy and literally feels like you're eating NOTHING since the calories are so low, even after eating the whole pint! It's dangerous as its so easy to sneak some sneaky bites in during the day because it's super soft the second you take it out of the freezer. But not TOO dangerous because, again... the mind-blowingly low calories. The flavors are so creamy and don't taste icy or watery like other light ice cream I've tried. I'm hoping they're in stores soon here in So Cal so I can try more flavors! :)
