I love Vitamin C in skin care. While you can purchase vitamin C serums that contain only (or primarily) vitamin C, this serum has an assortment of nourishing skin care ingredients. I love that it contains sea buckhorn oil and carrot seed oil, as well as various plant stem cells. These are all great for repair skin, addressing aging, and helping to prevent problems. I am new to this particular brand, and so far it is impressing me.There were four concerns somewhere in the reviews that I wanted to address. One, the coloring. Again, this is a vitamin C serum, but it has a variety of other good, complimentary stuff in it. The orange color would not be good in a strictly vitamin C serum, but in this it is to be expected. When I saw that it contains Sea Buckhorn oil (which is orange, naturally), it made sense to expect an orangish hue. Two, as for aroma- there is no added "fragrance", but it does have a scent that is original to some of the ingredients used. In this case, you are picking up a citrus scent from grapefruit oil (not oranges, not perfume). Three- texture. It should be smooth but thick. There may be product separation- just shake the bottle. Four, the use of Phenoxyethanol a preservative at end of ingredient list). There has been hype to avoid it. There is a lot of information that points to it being toxic- in high concentration- but in skin care it is minimally used. I will let you do the research on that. That being said, I am in my 40s and have pretty clear, unlined skin, and I want to keep it that way for as long as possible. Vitamin C serums are an easy, budget friendly way to help the skin. I have non acne rosacea, and keep it in check with careful decisions in my skin care routine. This serum is gentle on my easily irritated, sensitive skin. I apply a generous amount to freshly washed face, neck and a little on my chest at night. Because it contains hyaluronic acid, I make sure to use a moisturizer after it has settled in Hyaluronic acid, a humectant, attracts moisture either though the environment or though your skin, so you want to put a barrier over products that contain this so as to trap the moisture. I overly simplified it, but that is more or less why it states to use a moisturizer on top (and why if you don't, your skin may feel/look dry over time). Every other night I use their retinol moisturizer, opposite nights I use a stronger barrier cream like Cerave.I'm still working through my 2 bottles, but so far I am liking it. I keep up with my reviews and always come back to update if I learn something new (good or bad), or think of something helpful to add.

Moisturising. Really smells like vitamin C on my face. It’s not oily. Absorbs really well. Can’t tell it helps in the brightening; I suppose, have to use it longer to see it’s effectiveness.

I've tried so many serums and creams in a quest to heal my skin. InstaNatural is amazing at delivering results in a short period of time. I was looking for help with wrinkles , acne and dark spots from the acne. It has helped to clear my skin , fade dark spots and decrease wrinkles. I have super oily skin and this doesn't make me feel greasy. I liked that it has seabuckhorn oil which really helps with acne. I bought more seabuckhorn oil and added a few more drops to the 2nd botte to use at night. I'm in the sun a lot and this serum seems to be reversing the sun damage. If your on the fence about which product to buy, just get InstaNatural vitamin C serum and save yourself time.

This serum is nice; it is a little thicker than water and has an orange-ish scent, but makes my skin feel great! There’s a slight rusty yellow-orange tiny to the product, but it doesn’t stain my skin (I’m a fair skin).Though there’s supposedly some already in this product, I use it under 100% hyaluronic acid and love how they work together.When I use this product, it reminds me of when I got a facial. It’s also a nice smell in the morning.
