Even though our overall sales numbers are down, our profits are actually going upโwhich is no small feat in these times. He lays out what he's discovered about rich people, tells you exactly what they're looking for in a product/service, and tells you what appeals to use to hook them. The "e-factors" chapter is especially great. I've already read it over 10 times easily, with copious notes. At the end he also gives you case studies of how his students implemented his teachings into their businesses - which should give you plenty of practical ideas for your own. Genuinely astounding that such valuable information is available in a mere ยฃ10 book.
