Great product from a trusted brand. I usually take omega 3 for overall good health but noticed a big difference taking omega 3s for muscle recovery as well due to it's anti-inflammatory properties. I like to take one in the afternoon and notice a difference in the morning.

It's a good product and good quality for the price, the only thing is that it leaves a slight fishy taste, but you don't notice it if you take it with some food.
