till now i have it several times and i have no constipation also, but this didnt work for colon cleansing at all!

Only on day two, so I will update this as I go along. Pure Haritaki powder from India, and it includes a nice booklet on their other pure products, with recipes to create natural treatments for what ails you. First impression is, for the price, this is a lot of Haritaki when compared with buying it in pill form, so the value is very strong, however.... much like pure Kava, this is some of the worst tasting substance, and so as you examine the value, consider that. It doesn’t linger like kava once your mouth is rinsed out, I rinsed mine with water, then a mouthful of honey, then water again. But then it’s gone, while Kava seems to somehow remind you that you drank kava for 30 minutes after drinking it down. Day one I took 1/4 reason, today 1/2 teaspoon. If I stick this out, I may buy the tablets. After a week I will comment on any noticed impacts.
