A superb squashy ball for Pilates
A large size Pilates ball - which likes to be quite squishy. I like it very much and have three balls - each is different and is useful for different exercises. I recommend it!

It does the job, all this type of exercise ball should be fitted with a valve, most are not, just a plug, this one included, I presume it makes it cheaper to manufacture.

My yoga instructor recommended this ProBody Pilates ball and OMG I’m so glad she did! I’ve been using it for core work, stretching, and posture stuff and it’s seriously amazing. Super easy to inflate and the size is perfect—not too big, not too small. It adds just the right amount of challenge to my workouts and makes even simple moves feel way more effective.
