Yes it has a very subtle fragrance. Not a strong one at all.

can you use before blow drying?

I would say, no. The idea is to blow dry your hair style, then spray at roots to give volume and keep in place. If you use before blow drying, you would make it ineffective. Just my thoughts but try it. My hairdresser uses it on my hair and it’s after it is styled. Hope this helps somewhat.

How many uses does one bottle get?

Quite a few. Hard to Give a number but it lasts me for several months.
