My HONEST experience:YOU'LL NEED TO WORKOUT AS WELL, ALONG WITH THIS. I have been overweight for most of my young age and I've recently hit the gum after good long 3 years. So this time I decided go real serious. Never in the past have I opted for supplements so this review is as raw and honest as it can. My first day experience with this pill had been intense to brief it up. Theoretically one dose has caffeine equal to 3 cups of coffee. So I strictly stuck to having maximum 1 pill a day. I had one pill up in the morning (without pre workout) right before gym. The adrenaline rush at the beginning was insane and very much noticeable. I felt like I could lift anything and run like crazy. But the key is to not rush through and going slow and steady, or else you'll get dizzy really bad. First hour was intense and really good, but felt real sick after the second hour, and got better after a while. But remember, you'll sweat a lot - ATLEAST 2-times THE USUAL!! You'll passively keep burning up for the rest of the day and eventually feel sleepy a bit earlier than usual time. Remember to NOT SKIP MEALS (have 3 meals a day atleast) and TAKE APPROPRIATE REST. Dont take it after a sleepless night.

Rubbish. No energy at all. A good cup of coffee would do better. Plus some side effects, like feeling uncomfortable and little bit dizzy after. So it gives side effects only, at least in my case.

I don't think this is inherently a bad product, but it did not work for me. I did get the desired outcome... But the side effects were not worth it for me.-It made me extremely sweaty, so much so that I would sweat through my clothes.-My hands became very shaky to the point that I could not hold anything without dropping it.-The worst offense: It gave me anxiety attacks that lasted up to five or six hours.When I took this, I couldn't focus on anything. I tried it for about a week, but after that I just couldn't take it anymore. The last day that I took it, I had such a bad panic attack that I vowed to never take it again. I couldn't exercise at all while I was on this, either, which almost makes it pointless.If you know that you can have bad reactions to other drugs, maybe don't use this product.

La sensación es espantosa. Sientes que te vas a volver loca. Fatiga permanente, ansiosa, insomnio... Ni siquiera bajó ese efecto cuando entrenaba. Hasta llegué a pasar más de 24 horas despierta. De verdad da una sensación espantosa. Me fui por el más intenso porque quería ver resultados rápido pero no lo vuelvo hacer. Hace años tomé la Lipo 6 black y normal... no me pegó tanto, pero estás son terribles. Las dejé de tomar y ya no tengo esos nervios ansiedad y fatiga desbordada. Nada saludable... Pienso que necesito es el más suave. Cuidado al decidir comprarlas... sorry pero hay que decir la verdad... espero que la puedan mejorar.
