Is this product suppose to smell bad?

no, it is odorless. If yours smells bad there is something not right!

How would you use this in combination with hyalronic axid, and vitamin C serum?

mix with the hyalronic acid which attracts and holds moisture on the skin, I would not take it at the same time as vitamin c because both products are mild exfoliants and could cause irritation similar to Retin A if used at the same time. Either one in AM, one in PM or alternate days.

Can you mix this with honey skin cream or another moisturizer to act as a carrier?

You don't need a carrier, the cream already has it in it. Also, if you mix with another product, it will dilute the glycolic acid and change it's ph, which then the cream, will be pretty much useless, and won't exfoliate the skin, and throw how the antioxidants as well.
