Real wood stapler. Nice hand fit. You can tell it has the look of something hand pieced together. One of the small bolts came out probably during shipping and I glued it back. Not worth $38.00 though. Possibly $9.95.

Well crafted, feels smooth, easy to grip, and works well. Only gripe is price is a bit high.

When I received this wood stapler, it really made my day. The feel of it is great. The surface is smooth and you can see beautiful tree rings decorating the entire stapler; the look is classic. Staples can be easily to be loaded. And so far, the staple has not jammed yet (knocking on wood). This staple is good for normal use only. If you need a heavy duty one, then I don’t think this one is what you are looking for.The stapler comes in a well designed cardboard box and it is tightly securely by synthetic styrofoam. It can be a good option for your gifting choices.The stapler is purchased with a coupon yet my review on this product is honest and unbiased.

I know what you are thinking, a stapler is a stapler, right? Of course, it's got the functionality like any staplers you can find in a store. However, this particular stapler has the look with its Eco version. It came in a nice wooden box along with 1000 count staples. The wooden finish gives it a nice classic look and it just stands out. This is definitely a great gift to give someone to complete their desk accessories. I am giving my honest opinion in exchange for a discount on the product.
