Bought and then got a replacement. Both were broken and already pre-used. I don’t recommend buying this product off Amazon.

Worst product ever!
Its one use only, so read the description before you buy. The product stayed warm, never got hot , never got cold despite following the instructions on how to break the material inside to create the reaction. Very disappointed. I will buy a standard ice pack now. Hope this stops anyone else wasting their money!

The information on the website about the product does not match the exact product, this is very unprofessional, I wish I read the reviews which state the same before I purchased it. You cannot even return this product. This is unacceptable!!!

Description stated multiuse but it is single use. Description stated both hot and cold use but it is only cold.

Nice quality ice gel packs ideal to keep for sports injuries or for emergencies around the home I had to use this for training school boys for rugby always handy to keep one in the FirstAid box . I also keep one in my rucksack when I'm cycling or going for long-distance walks. Very good quality and very quick action . In case you haven't used this before the way they work is that fracturing a small capsule inside releases a chemical which causes the freezing action .

Do not buy this! It is not the normal quality of the 3M products. It seems an imitation. A copy of the original product. I bought 2 boxes in separate orders. All the bags inside had big failures. All of them had holes and the liquid was coming out. I think it is a low quality imitation of the original product.
