My issue was I hate mopping because I will have to put my hands to squeeze them mop. I didn’t care for the swifter due to two things. Trying to take out one of the wet mop, part was irritated because it will start leaking as soon as you pick it up. The other thing attachment in the swifter right when you rub the swifter against the floor, it will come apart, and you have to keep trying to correct it. Sometimes trying to put attachment onto the swifter. I like this product because I really don’t have to touch anything. It’s doable. I can move it around the house without Any problems. I didn’t have to squeeze them and worry about getting the stuff all on my hands or having to buy gloves just to make sure that I don’t have to touch the mop. And get a good workout when I have to use my feet to drain the mop and it makes a cool sound.

It was easy to put together. The mop head is excellent. My only problem is when you go to wring the mop out it loosens from the handle

Absolutely love this mop! I feel that my floors are so much cleaner verses using the spray & mop system. I find the mop handle to be a bit too short. I’m 5’7 and I feel as I need to bend down more then my lower back would want me to do. So if you’re on the taller side, just know you’ll wish for the mop to be a bit longer. Other than that, great product, highly recommend it!

I would give it zero stars if it let me, Product sucks!! Waste of money, take it from me just go to the store and buy the good one for the same price !!! The bucket is just barely big enough to fit the mop in, no extra room at all. The mop heads are all the same but if it's not sitting exactly right while you're mopping the plastic top scratches the floor. The handle came off every single time I spun it to get water out. What should have been a quick easy thing was more of a pan in the butt to use than an old school mop !

Love this mop as much as anyone can love a mop….hate cleaning floors, but this tool makes it so much easier and effective.

I needed something that did a deeper clean on my hardwood floors than a swiffer type thing. All in all, this cleaned more thoroughly than my $$$ Bissell crosswave. I use this maybe once a month and the Bissell weekly. Pros -It's basic, tried and true technology that works -It does a pretry good job wringing out the mop water in the spinner thingy -you can use your own cleaning solution -Cleans better than a swiffer wetmop type thing -you get a little workout while using this -can use bucket for other tasks -good if you have large areas of hardwood, laminent, linoleum, tile or other hard surface, to clean. -I use the mop head to also clean our shower stalls and baseboards. Cons -a bit pricey and maybe cheaper at a local box store. -Came in not original packaging which is suspect to me. Maybe a returned item? -Even "extended" I had to hunch over and I'm only 5'8. Back gets tired after awhile. -Handle/pole feels flimsy -The mop head, because it sits on the spinner thing, has a hard plastic knob in the center and you can hear it rub across the floor which concerned me but I don't see scratches. -lack of instructions -labor intensive if you have limited mobility issues -storage- the mop, the bucket and wringer, and the extra mop heads take up space. Probably garage or basement storage but you will need to be careful to not put it in an unheated area in the winter while still wet. The bucket and plastic parts are thin and might break if frozen while still wet/damp To wring the mop out should not be hard to do with this. When the mop is in the wringer, loosely hold the handle so it can spin in your hand (make your hand into a O the the pole in the center) as you pump the pedal to make it spin. I would recommend this if you have a large area to clean but I would suggest looking around for a better price. If you only have a small area like a kitchen or bathrooms with hard flooring, I'd probably stick with a swiffer wetmop thingymajiggy

The handle keeps unravelling when I try and spin the mop head. I have attempted troubleshooting and going around in covers trying up contact the manufacturer and Amazon with no response!

Why do you call it a spin mop if it doesn't spin when you step on the bucket pedal??

When I sweep the cheap plastic top of the mop scrapes my floor. When I washed the mop head, it came out as a hard stuck together mess - it no longer looks or acts like a mop.
