Will this fit in any ear piercing gun??

Not sure about any gun but they are the standard stud size you get from Walmart

Is the post guage 16mm or 20mm?

I am not sure.... but they are standard ear piercing studs. The post is much bigger than a standard earring... they are definitely piercing studs we use in the salon

How easy are they to remove?

They lock into place. I like them for this fact (they feel more secure). But it can be a pain to remove them at times.

The post are larger in diameter than your standard ear studs. They are designed for piercing new holes. I would say .5mm. I had no problem inserting mine into existing holes except for one on each side. It was a little tight but after a couple days no problem. I have 5 holes on each ear. I love mine because the backs lock in place and they look good!
