Purchased this brand of waxed paper to make hamburger patties and freeze them. Hoped that the Restaurant Grade would be a higher grade of wax paper. To my surprise the paper sticks to the hamburg patties when I try to separate the patties. Don't be fooled by the Restaurant grade. Will purchase a different brand next time.

In 4 of the 7 photographs on their page, the sheets are shown to be dispensing like "Kleenex" style tissues. You pull one out and the next one pops up right after it. These all lay flat in the box and require you to moisten your finger tips to get to each sheet. There were less expensive sheets available however the dispensing feature is the reason I went with this brand.Maybe they sent the wrong box...... if not, congratulations, ya fooled me.

So far so good. I didn’t purchase for burgers though. I purchased to wrap my larger homemade caramels and candies. They are a little bigger than candy or taffy wraps but work great. I was paying $5.00 for 100 of a leading brand, these are the price for 1,000. Quite a substantial savings.

.I was having difficulty finding hamburger patty paper in stores and restaurant supply businesses so I started using cut up pieces of parchment paper which ended up being a waste of paper trying to cut it to the correct size and then having pieces left over so I was thrilled to discover them listed on Amazon. These sheets are exactly as advertised and the large 5.5 X 5.5 makes them ideal for larger hamburger patties and they high quality and are freezer safe. In addition, I received an email from the vendor asking me to contact them if I was dissatisfied in any way which is a BIG plus for me.

These hamburger patty papers made the process of making homemade patties so quick and easy with a quick clean up. Also made it very easy to break apart the frozen burghers, and allowed me to take out only what was needed. I used a metal patty press and these papers made clean up easy, no meat inside the press. Glad I spent the extra on the papers. No cutting wax paper to size needed and no wasting wax paper, no struggling with saran wrap or waste. You get 1000 sheets for $10.00 that’s 500 burghers. Make, stack and put in freezer bags for my summer barbecues.
