Therapeutix Hot or Cold Reusable Gel Pack Wrap

Didn't need another one but my husband can't see the hundreds we already have in the freezer - never mind - it works well and we have a good supply now.

Like the wrap very much. The cold pack is too rigid for my purposes. I use a flexible cold pack instead.

Gel pack's OK in an of itself, but the bag that it's held in is kinda cheap; the Velcro closure is about to rip and the lining of the fabric side of the bag is already ripped. Velcro band's OK though. Don't expect to be able to use the bag much longer when the closure on it is finally unusable. All in all, good enough for a while, but not long lasting. Need this for more than a short time? Then spend more money and get something that will hold up.

Its fairly flimsy and doesn't really work much better than an tied up dish towel.

Used this as a gift to trade at a Christmas party. Got stolen max times.

Difficult to use without assistance for shoulder or elbow injuries.

very good product, used cold first and it works very well, wrap is very handy!

Iam at a 50 / 50 with this heat/ice pack. Even at room temp I had to microwave it a extra 30 seconds and it's awkward to use on my shoulder. But to use for every were else it's great. Tho it would be nice to have a separate pouch if you need to use it for neck pains .
