Too bad that they're too short!
Because I was happy when I discovered the Spring Step "Naples" style clogs, I decided to try this style, "Firefly," which looked similar enough to the Naples style in photos. The Naples style clogs are just barely adequate but not roomy in length ( it is true the Spring Step shoes seem to run short, compared to other brands, as noted by others). Because the Naples style clogs are so comfy generally, with a nice, wide toe box that allow your toes wiggle room while not feeling too wide at the heel, I went ahead and ordered the Firefly shoes; to my disappointment, my toes hit the front of the shoes on the Firefly style, even though both styles were the same size, and so I returned the Firefly style ASAP, at no charge, because I dropped them off at a UPS store. By the way, FYI: Neither of the two Spring Step styles I mention has a removable inner sole, although I felt there is adequate arch support and the inner sole is comfortable. A removable inner sole is a nice thing to have in the event that an insert is needed. I would have rated the Firefly shoes higher if they weren't so short; perhaps getting one size up would have solved the problem.

Excellent support, top quality leather and suede
Based on other reviews I sized up to 41, foot measures 81/2-9, D or E width. this size fit perfectly. Very cute, stylish shoe, excellent support for plantar fasciitis and Morton neuroma. Wore to work for week, no pain. Leather and suede quality is top notch. Shameful spring step has discontinued this shoe, if I could find the other colors in size I would purchase, the spring step Emilia has same outsole and interior support sizing is the same as with the firefly.

Great shoe -- need more color choices for size 41
I love this shoe. I have purchased this one and the camel multicolor. I wish Spring Step would make other colors available in size 10 (41 UK) so that I could buy them all :)

Comfy shoes
I had bought the lighter colored shoes this style and seemed too light for winter, so I was super excited to find them in Black. Very very comfortable for standing and walking all day.

Got them as a present for my mom. She works standing up 8 hours and always searching form comfy shoes. These allow her to do so. They are a little slippery when wet or icy, so be careful!

Not what I thought
I'm pretty sure I found these shoes when I searched under 'orthotic friendly'. I use orthotics and need to have shoes that will fit them so only search under this criteria. I thought the shoes were advertised with a removable inner sole. I was disappointed when I got them to find I couldn't remove the sole and have to wear them with my orthotics on top. This means the back is down my ankle more than I would have liked. I'm in Australia so the thought of trying to do a refund was too hard so I'm giving them a try. I find them comfortable and love the look of them. It's hard to find shoes here in my size that are attractive.
