I want to use this ladder for my son's soccer training, is it suitable for 10 years old?

I am quite interested in folding, is there any trick?

Folding is tricky. I found it can vary by which opposite corners you grab before twisting. One way works really well for me and if I grab the other ones out f doesn’t quite go right. Just have to reset to the other corners for it to work.
