Excellent product!
If you are a fan of Balsamic Vinegar, you will love this one. It’s from Modena Italy and I’ve been using it for years. It has a syrup like texture and the taste is amazing!

You think you know good balsamic and then you try this....
My partner and I discovered this Balsamic Vinegar while we were traveling in Italy. We stopped in Modena for lunch and got lost seeking out the Giuseppe Giusti bistro. The meal was well worth it and we were so in love with their balsamic that we bought a bottle to take home with us. I was incredibly pleased to find it on Amazon for less than we paid in Italy. Thick and syrupy, this Balsamic is aged much longer than the varieties you'll find in your local supermarket. It is a foodie's dream; fantastic in salads, soups, on eggs, in desserts, you name it. We have introduced it to several of our friends and now they are hooked on it as well. Buy this product, you will not regret it.

Expensive but worth it
The title says all. I know this is very expensive but I love how thick and sweet it is, it's perfect and reminds me of the ones I had in the wineries of Tuscany, delicious!

Adds a flair to everything
This is one of the best balsamic vinegars that I have used. It tastes amazing. It’s thicker than others which makes it wonderful for Caprese salad. I strongly recommend.

The best balsamic. Period.
Incredibly smooth and delicious flavor. It is very intense, so you need only a small amount. It's the best balsamic I have tried -- expensive but worth every cent. It is the only one I will buy going forward.

Improve Your Palate!
I bought a couple of balsamic vinegar bottles in Bologna, Italy last year and they were 12 years and still affordable in Italy. However when i tried to buy that brand in US i couldn't find, so i had to pick a different bottle over 10 years, and this Guiseppe Guisti Riccardo balsamic is very good! I don't taste chemical flavor, it is deep you can tell. I eat salad for almost every dinner, and balsamic vinegar is very important to me, and i am so glad i found this.

A Very Special Balsamic
A fantastic balsamic vinegar. This is not for making salad dressing or cooking with. This is to be drizzled lovingly and lightly over a favorite vegetable or meat to give it a totally new flavor and experience. Expensive, yes, but a bottle lasts us about a year. Well worth the money! We were introduced to this vinegar by a local specialty foods store that has gone out of business. Hearing of their impending closure we bought their remaining 2 bottles and wondered whT we would do when we ran out. Fortunately Amazon came to the rescue!

Great new taste for our family.
A great product, my wife and I just returned from Italy and had a chance to taste some great balsamic Vinegar. The Giuseppe definitely compared to best we had in Italy. Great on salad, fruits and vegetables. I found that I used a lot less salt on my food.
