Very good tasting and really helps with the digestion especially if you are taking any weight loss medications that slow the movement of food from your stomach. This really helps eliminate gas and the bloating feeling you get when taking these kinds of medications.

This helps my digestion. It helps to stop gas and bloat after I’ve eaten something heavy. Yeah I know it would be best if I didn’t eat something heavy. But it helps ease pain and discomfort and get your body to process your food quicker. Or at least it does for me . I just wish it had a little bit less sugar.

These chews are very effective in helping calm my stomach after a big meal or a meal that might upset my GERD. The only negative is that they have a bad smell, kinda like spit-up. I think it might be because of the digestive enzymes that naturally occur in both (😂). Once you start chewing there is no smell. They have really helped my weight loss side effects from GLP-1s.
