Does the Silver work well with all Grey hair?   My Grey hair is kind of drab and I want to enhance it a little

Your hair doesn't need to be lightened for this to work. It works on natural white hair as well. I've used it on my naturally white hair several times.
I'd suggest startIng w a shorter time than in the directions. I did at 12 mins and now do the 30 mins. It is subtle but very pretty. Friends & family have commented. I mix it 50/50 with conditioner. 
I'm going to experiment with 75/25 to see the results. I would assume it will be a more silver.
At 50/50 the terrible brassy tones are remarkably gone. No other product has done that for me-none.
And I've been white-haired for at least 6-7 yrs.
No salon services ever helped like this product. 
So use common sense, take tips from other users and I think you'll love the results. Finally a product that works on toning the brassiness and making white hair way more attractive.

will i be needing developer to mix with this? if so which volume developer?

No. But your hair needs to be bleached and then you can deposit the silver. Do not use developer with this product :)

no, the Vived colors are not used with a developer.  I've used this one, which really lasted well despite the fact that you do not (should not) use a developer with it.  So, it's more of a temporary color.  Though, as I said, it lasted a long time for me.I have also used the 8.22 color, which is a blue/violet base ash blonde with a no-lift developer. It was great.I'm going to try the blue tint, which is also one of the Viveds that does not use a developer.All in all, Pravana seems like the best hair color I've ever tried. It is the only one I've used that has a real blue/violet base as an option.The tones are determined by the numbers on the colors.  1 is darkest, 10 is lightest, and the numbers after the period indicate the tone (primary and secondary), as follows:1 (green? ash)2 beige/violet/blue3 gold4 copper5 mahogony6 orange/red7 violet/red brown

can i mix 2 colors together silver and blue? to get olive color like

Maybe if you are starting with orangish hair, it might mix to an olive like color, but I think your best bet is to mix the shade you want with dyes, and apply to hair as close to white as possible.  If you mean a silvery bluish green (I would call that more sage than olive, since olive usually has some brown in it), you might get that if your bleaching process left you with yellow/brassy colored hair that you haven't mangaged to tone out.  Usually it is recommended to try to get to the blank slate of as close to white as possible, though, and then your dye will show up more true to whatever color it is. But if there is yellow in your hair, it can mix with blue dye to look kinda green.
