The seller was prompt in replies and communicated well to ensure i received the correct dimensions.The item arrived faster than anticipated. I believe we finalized the agreement 12 August and it arrived 27 August. So, if you see the shipping updates and it doesn't appear to be moving, don't fret!It has not slipped with use by 2 toddlers. It did shrink some in the wash.The edge of my window bench is very rough-- i don't believe this would be enough padding for an adult to use it alone if used for a breakfast nook (if the edge of yours is like ours).It's soft and comfortable sitting on it as the reading nook I've turned ours into.

I tried a different company first for getting a mat for my bay window but they did not make it to the size I specified. I tried this company next and was very happy with the results! Perfect match in size and soooo soft! Very happy with my purchase!

This cushion cover is very soft. The company is very adamant about getting the exact measurements. However, the exact measurements actually don’t work. It would’ve worked better had I ordered a cushion cover that was an extra 2 inches long, 2 inches wide and 2 inches deep. The first picture shows what it looks like until I remove all of the pillows and in the second picture, you can see how the cushion cover slides off the cushion every time you sit on it. Even in the first picture, you can see where my cushion is showing because the cushion cover does not completely fit. And like I stated above, I gave exact measurements because that is what the company says to do. So their measurements clearly are not the same as the measuring tape I was using. However, I do like the style and the softness of the material. If you choose to buy a cushion cover from this company, give yourself an extra 2 inches all the way around when ordering.

We purchased this item to prevent our dog from scratching the new bay window. It was very easy to submit the measurements and a picture of the area that needed to be covered to Sincere Life. The cover arrived yesterday and it fits our bay window seat perfectly. Perfectly! Highly recommend the company, product, price.

This is a thin piece of fabric, un-padded that doesn't pass as a 'window seat cover' or 'thickened' or anything useful at all. Do not buy this. You will be disappointed. It is a thin piece of fabric and that is all. You can get this at WalMart, for $5.

I ordered a unique size -different from the templates given and it fits perfectly. It’s soft and the backside has a non-slip material. I ordered this mat to protect the painted surface from my cat’s nails while also providing him a comfortable napping area. Would definitely order from this seller again.

I thought this was a cushion with padding like the image shows. It is actually just a bath mat like material. It looks fine but provides no padding or comfort. Really disappointed.

When I ordered it, I thought it would just be like a nice throw cover. But it really does stay nicely on our wood window seat. There is no grip per se but it doesn't fall off like a blanket. It is also very plush and my son loves going on it and laying down to play on his tablet.

This is a custom made front hall bench cover that is thin material but fluffy and wonderfully sewn! A professional job with rubber type backing that keeps the cover in place and prevents slipping.We are thrilled with this piece and will order more from this seller.It's tricky because you have to order at full price and then get a refund if the custom work is less cost than the advertised price on Facebook. However, they are faithful and will make sure you get your refund.The fur is soft and lovely to touch - everyone wants to sit on this to put shoes on and off. Love it! Thank you.

Beautiful material fits perfect only disappointing thing was I thought it come with the actual foam but it doesn't but still a great product

Bought this to use as a cover for the sofa bed as a guest stained it and it didn't wash out. Perfect for what I wanted it for, and it looks like a quality item. Soft and fluffy and goes well with the sofa.Arrived in a reasonable amount of time as well as it was a custom sized cover.
