I like the fact they had (nearly) no resistance shaft right out of the box. I use them on my spin bike as I am confident, I'll not mash / hammer them nearly as much as I would on my road bike. Slight side float in this design again not an issue for me on a stationary bike. I got them because the price was great, and LOOK are from a quality manufacture. Experience from riding with a bicycle club a few years. I had exceptional Nashbar pedals on my road bike for 8 years with no issues but I decided to put LOOK Carbon KEO on my road bike now and hope for the same good experience.

I bought these for my Cad 8 road bike to replace the spd's I had been using. They are much easier to click out of than my old system, however I find them difficult to clip into. The cleats wear out super fast as well and they are not cheap to replace. After two months the non-slip rubber grip on the front edge of the cleat was gone on one and coming off of the other. I am going to live with them for at least this season and see how my knees and feet fair. That will be the ultimate test of whether they are worth keeping or chucking.

Much easier to clip in and out than the Shimano SPD sl system
