So far so good, i installed the HID's using a relay to trigger the ballest, with a minimum of 14 gauge wire (any smaller and it cannot support the amperage thats required) This is crucial! The reason you use a relay because the normal stock headlight circuit cannot support the amperage thats required. If you use the stock headlamp wire harness to power the ballast (plug and play) then the ballests will will be starved of amperage and will inevitably fail (usueally after a couple months). I provided a wire diagram to show how to properly wire in the HID's. I cannot speak about longevity of this product because i just installed them immediately after receiving them. I will update the review after a couple months. I gotta say these HID's are incredibly bright, so bright that i can see everything, even my future lol. Im very happy with this product... So far

For an inexpensive ballast I have no complaints. I ordered two and one did not work out of the box. After reaching out to Innovited they sent me a replacement immediately. Now my HID conversion works flawlessly and we'll see how long they last.

I'm still slightly skeptical of these and I'll update this review to reflect any future changes. This is the second set of 2 Innovited ballasts I've purchased for some fog lamps and the first ones did last quite a while. However, after installing these new ones, I was on a 9 hour trip in a blizzard and one of my fog lights went out about halfway. It is since back on, no fuses blew, bulb is fine. I'm hoping it was just a fluke or some ice built up in the wrong place. Otherwise, installation went smooth, it's super easy plug-and-play. These seem to take just slightly longer than my HYB canbus ballasts to warm up but there's too many different factors to blame it on the ballast. The Innovited ballasts are paired with one brand of H11 bulbs and the HYB's are paired with a different brand of H1 bulbs. PS make sure you check your fuses before assuming the ballast needs replacement. IME, some low quality xenon systems can blow fuses. But even if you know your ballast is bad and replace it, still check your fuses because these ballasts can take fuses with them on their way out. Hope that helps!

First some things you should know about xenon kits. Go ahead and buy a relay kit or build your own with a 12V automotive relay. Less chance of issues with undersized wiring preventing a bulb from coming on. Next, having a really good ground is important. Match the bulb wattage to the ballast. Different wattage ballasts and bulbs are compatible but there is a caveat. The light color of the bulbs that you buy are based on the wattage ballast providing the power. For example a 4000K 55W bulb will not be 4000K at 35W. There are DC ballasts and AC ballasts. Make sure your bulbs are compatible with the ballast type you buy. Whether you buy this kit or another, look for flicker free. You may need a canbus add on for some newer vehicles. Do a little research and see. Do you want your instrument panel telling you your headlights are burned out even when they aren't? Ok, now the review. I have purchased and installed many xenon headlight kits. I haven't found a brand yet that consistently has good ballasts. Expect issues with them. The key is having good customer service so that when you do get a dud, they replace the defective component. I bought two of these ballasts and one of them was bad. I contacted the seller and told them what troubleshooting I had done. They immediately replied that they were shipping a replacement ballast and the next day sent a tracking number. The seller is the manufacturer brand name so it's quite relevant with this brand. These ballasts have a much faster bulb warm up than most. The light gets to full brightness within a couple seconds. The ballasts are smaller and fit more easily than the other brand I usually buy. The kit comes with strong double face tape for mounting. The wiring harnesses and case feels sturdy and well made. So far I am quite happy with them. I will update if anything changes.

Welp! Purchased this in Aug 2025 and it’s October 2024 and it’s already failing. Lights keep flickering and light won’t stay on.. part is failing..

Working so far. but had to bend the pins to get it to work with H11.

On a Civic reflective style low beam. The brightness of these are the same as my really really bright LEDs but the consistency of the spread and brightness of the spread is way more solid. Not the brightest 55w HIDs out there but I rather have a consistent beam over a brighter hot center beam. No more not being able to see on dark wet roads or not being able to see black ice as the problems hunts even top of the line LEDs. Now the question is, How long will they last...............?

Works great. But plastic knob that locks wire connections broke Edit: Not happy with the product. As my light is unreliable now at times it is working and at times it is blind. Going to buy a different product. Wasted my money. Cannot even use it couple of months.
