Laundry by Shelli Segal Women's 3/4 Hooded Puffer Jacket with Faux Fur Trim

This coat is stunning. I got the Petrol color which is a very dark blue. True to size, high quality and has a lush hood. Can’t wait to wear it. I almost sent it back because it came with a security tag attached. I don’t think it’s the customer’s responsibility to have it removed. So, buyer beware that you may need to deal with a tag too. I got the coat for a great price, so I dealt with the tag, but to me, that’s poor customer service to send an item creating a hassle for the customer to solve.

This jacket is gorgeous. I love the shape and style of the detachable fur. It is flattering, but I returned my usual Shelli Segal jacket size L for the next size up to fit layers underneath. Covid gains, right? The color and style of this jacket is great. For being polyester, the fill does the job. I'm warm so far in the 20°F's.

I really like the cut of the jacket and the hood is big but actually great if you wear a knit cap or wear a ponytail . The fur was a little cheap but still acceptable. The jacket is flattering in shape but the material is like a flexible semi rigid plastic. I prefer a softer type of puffer material . Also fit was way to big for my petite frame. I’m 5’3 105- 110 lbs and the extra small was a size too big for me. I was also not a fan of the plastic zipper. The coat also is very heavy . I prefer a lighter weight puffer jacket . I may have had a bad zipper but when I tried it on it would not always zip up correctly . The frost grey looks close to the online picture .

Love this coat but here’s the problem. I have a size medium in this coat in white. The medium fits great through the waist and hips but is too small through the chest. The Large which is the one I just bought, fits great through the back and chest but now is too big in the hips. Can’t seem to win with this coat. It most definitely is not true to size as I normally take a small coat! It definitely runs small!

Would have kept this coat if it weren’t 2 sizes to small:( I purchased the coat according to the sizing chart provided. I normally wear a large and it was about 2 sizes to small. I’ve never had a problem ordering a large- ever. Now they are sold out:(

I like the coat and usually wear a small however it was very tight in the chest and would not allow for a sweater underneath. I then got a medium and it feels big everywhere. Going to have it taylored to fit better.
