Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Just got this recently for professors to use in their classrooms and it seems to work very well and at a good price. The features are hard to beat, and it comes with an awesome hardshell case, tons of little adapter cables, hotshoe mounts, a smartphone holder with 1/4" 20 threads, and a great range and audio quality to boot. The colored and diagrammed user manual is very helpful and came only in English. You could potentially hook up a standard XLR type dynamic mic as it comes with an unbalanced adapter cable for that. You can also use it as an audio interface for a DAW by using the mini-USB port on the side as a data output. The buttons are easy to push and control and the unit (although made of plastic) feels like quality. They're powered off of rechargeable USB (it comes with a charger and cables). I highly recommend this setup, especially for traveling videographers, journalists, and presenters. The video was shot on an iPad Pro 9.7" using the standard Apple camera app. Any questions, just ask.
