Great Product! Gamer Approved!
I picked up both the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Mexican Medium Roast, and both have been fantastic choices. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe has a bright, fruity, and floral profile, making for a clean and complex cup, while the Mexican Medium Roast is smooth, balanced, and slightly nutty with a touch of sweetness—perfect for a daily drinker.I've been brewing both with my Chemex and pour-over setup, and they’ve been fresh, aromatic, and noticeably better than store-bought options. Excited to explore more roasts from this collection in the future! Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality whole-bean coffee.

Bag is Not Labeled Organically Grown Coffee, BUT COFFEE IS GREAT TASTING!
My original review (before I actually tasted): When you pay $19.95 for 1 lb of organically-grown coffee, you expect to get just that. However, NOWHERE on the product bag does it say Organically Grown. NO WHERE! I understand that it says it in the headline of the listing. There is even an image that touts that it's Organic. The text of the listing emphasizes that it is Organically Grown. Wouldn't you think the manufacturer would be so proud that it was organically grown that it would just have to display it on the product packaging? Again, NO WHERE! In addition, when I tried to request a return, I was confronted with the No Return Policy of this seller. That is totally unacceptable.Review after tasting and receiving message from Volcanica Coffee Company: The coffee is very good Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. And, the Volcanica company wrote to confirm that coffee is actually organic. Once they get 'Organic' printed on the bag, I will raise the review to five stars. Meanwhile, I will just have to take their word for it.

Disappointing and Misleading
I purchased this coffee expecting the distinct and vibrant flavors of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, but it was nothing like authentic Ethiopian coffee. Having tasted genuine Yirgacheffe before, I can confidently say this is misrepresented. The flavor profile is completely off—lacking the floral, citrusy, and complex notes that Yirgacheffe is known for. Instead, it tastes generic and flat. Amazon’s should block this seller. Dessu

Wow. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Coffee is coffee is what I’ve been told. I’ve had lots of and I’ve been grateful for them. Some from the grocery store and some from fancy restaurants. What I’ve learned is, taste is in the mouth of the taster. For me, this coffee was a wow moment. I love the way the bag opens and once I did the aroma was so intriguing, so different than the norm, I had to brew a pot, even though it was past my daily caffeine time. I cleaned my grinder, I ground the beans which filled my place with its aroma and then I began the brew. For this first time I understood what a coffee bloom is. You can see the bloom grow in the photos. As it brewed the aroma was intoxicating. I even got out my favorite coffee cup. The flavor is complex and different from anything I’ve tried. The amber color enticed me to drink it. It may not be everyone’s cup of coffee, but for me, from the first sip I wanted more. I can’t wait to try others. Also I spent some time on Volcánica’s website where they have info on all the regions they source their coffee from. Just terrific. Bottoms up. A+
