Always return to the basic Vaseline after trying so many others, this one with the added Vit E has been amazing with sealing and moisturizing my chapped hands, I use a dab on my knees and elbows, really does keep the skin smooth, I find putting it on warm damp skin { from shower } helps lock in the moistening properties for all day. Big pot that you only need a little at a time so will last a long time, hygiene wise use a spatula to remove the amount you need from the pot and not your fingers as it is very easy to contaminate .
