Q: Does this tea have caffeine?

Yes. This has actual tea leaves in it, meaning it has caffeine. When it comes to caffeine, Oolong teas are stronger than green tea, weaker than black tea, and have about a third of the caffeine of coffee. "Herbal" teas like chamomile are based on other plants, not the actual tea plant, so they are typically not caffeinated at all.

Q: Do you sell this tea in bags or loose tea leaves I dont have a keurig machine?
