This thing is mighty cool. My anchor line was damaged by my propeller and I used this and in a couple of hours the line was repaired. Granted the part where the tape or cast was applied is now stiff but I don't mind. I also used it to repair a patio umbrella that the wind damaged. I used it to tape around one of the arms and it is like steel. I will get a few more and hope this review doesn't drive the price up.

This is not tape, but it still can be useful. 1) It forms a hard "cast" but does not actually stick to the wrapped object, so wrap it tightly on itself. 2) I used only part of the roll and the remainder had dried out within a few minutes of opening the package. Not sure if immediately putting the remainder in a ziploc would have saved it.

This stuff is awesome one of the best repair products I have ever used. I repaired the plastic legs on a very heave duty telescope tripod that had cracked. This product exceeded my expectations in every way. The one thing I will say is do not try and use scissors to cut this. It will not work. use a very sharp razor blade and a cutting board. All you have to do is dip it in water squeeze out the water. And wrap what ever you are fixing. It gives you about 4-5 min. to work it. I used cold water and it worked great. After 10 min. it is rock hard. And repair is done. This save me a ton of money and my tripod still looks great. Thanks CASTtape.

This works as advertised - I fixed several leaks on my 4,000 psi pressure washer hose and it certainly sealed them up. Seems a little pricey for the amount of tape, but was worth it to avoid buying a new pressure line for about $100 or more.

I forgot to close my table umbrella before a storm and the pole bent in half... I thought I would have to get a new umbrella, but I used this stuff on it instead and it's probably stronger than it was before. Cool stuff!

I used this kit to patch a hole in a rusted through exaust pipe. It takes a couple hours to apply and let cure. The lesson I learned, DON'T LET IT COME IN CONTACT WITH ARM HAIR. I had a nice bare patch on my forearm for a week lol

Worked temporarily but broke on two of the parts I fixed with it after minor pressure was applied. Would like to try again but Im afraid the same thing may happen

Absolutely amazing product as it worked to strengthen a cracked bumper cap on my Motor-home. Not the use suggested by the mfg, however it worked great and a strong fix. I used some small wood scraps and a few clamps to help it set and it set solid as a rock in about an hour. I did wet as per instructions and make sure to use the gloves as the adhesive is hard to remove from skin.
