I've bought this book 3 times because I keep losing track of it because I like to carry it when I travel. Essential reading for any fan of Mr. Egrets work really gives insight on how he dealt with the inevitable social issues that disrupt one's focus when dealing with the difficult pursuit of fasting, cleansing, and regeneration.

Good book. Get insight on Ehret's life & how to heal yourself naturally. Strongly recommend this book.

Nice random story to learn the history of European colonizer good times and independent exploration to find health.

This book changed my life for the better...I highly recommend it if people want to have good health. Arnold was an amazing man. It is a shame he died at such a young age from a smiple accident of falling. However his words will live forever.

Just very good and insightful....he was a pure and honest soul...whose writings are being embraced and helping people.

If so you might enjoy getting to know more details about his life. But for most folks this book is more than we really want to know.

Not what I expected. Waste of money.

The contents of the book are important to understand the philosophy of life and the story of this greatest healer and reasercher, that found holyness through fasting.
