Excellent Alternative to Sugar.
Adds the same taste of Sugar to the food or drink in the same portion. It is definitely less dissolvable so it needs to be stirred more as I believe the size of the particles is quite a bit larger. A bit on the expensive side but that is to be expected when switching to a healthier alternative.

Excellent product
Switched to monk fruit, but realized a bad aftrtaste and very low level of sweetness per teaspoon fulmin comparison. This is by far the best stevia product on the shelf, we have been using it for the past 5 years without any issues.
