As described, it only has one shelf and under it there is a clothing rack to hang your clothes on it. The cover is blue same as the pic. It is light in weight. You can't put heavy weight on the top shelf as the metal strips cannot hold heavy weight. Installing it was not a piece of cake as I expected, some of the instructions didn't make sense so I had to improvise. It was supposed to come with a shelf cloth to cover the top shelf and the bottom (the base from the inside of the closet), but it didn't. I used it outdoor as a storage for my garden kit. I hope it lasts.
