Teapot 7oz Chinese Yi Xing Clay Zisha Gongfu Tea Pots Archaize Fanggu

I love how easy it is to pour and it’s great for a single brew. I used 2 grams of Dragonwell with 7 oz of water and it fit perfectly. I’m very happy with this adorable teapot.

This is a unique little teapot. It holds 7 oz., which is about a small cup. When I make tea, I like at least a couple of cups so I'm using this little teapot as a decoration to display. The webpage suggests tea can be stored in it as well and I suppose that's so. However, the teapot is not airtight as it has a small spout and small hole at the top in the lid's handle. There's a bronze colored cord that's wrapped around the lid's top handle and the teapot's handle to keep the 2 together. The teapot arrived in a small cardboard box with small bubble wrap to protect it along with being wrapped tightly in clear plastic. Straight out of its box, this teapot has an earthy smell which soon disappears. My rating is 5 stars for a nice teapot that doesn't take up much space to add to my teapot collection.

I always wanted one of these. Works great, Is a beautiful item and very traditional. Heats up quickly and holds heat well
