Beautiful bottle, stupid packaging from Amazon
I have a few different bottles like this and wanted to purchase one for my best friend’s bday, but different than mine. I also wanted one she could make tea in. She likes rose gold and this looked nice and not cheap like some of them I found. The bottle is so beautiful and the crystals are legit. I knew the bottle sleeve would be right up her alley. I was super pleased with the product (as I’ve tested several types). It’s a great quality product and better than many of the alternatives. She also loved it. My annoyance is with Amazon, as I received it in a paper Kraft mailer envelope… so obviously glass in a paper envelope arrived with some cracks. The product itself is packaged well with bubble and a lovely hard cardboard case, but it’s not supposed to be shipped that way… so I exchanged for another and then same packaging … it was also damaged so I ordered a whole new one (not exchange) to see if I could get it in time for my timeframe. The third one was fine (still Kraft mailer), tho I asked my friend to examine to make sure there were no hairlines and I would replace all together with something else. I’ve received all my personal ones of other brands in actual boxes and I’m not sure why Amazon would send glass in a paper envelope- not even a padded envelope. It was kind of frustrating taking 3x as long to get. The product is really nice quality and she loves it. It just seems to be a luck of the draw from packaging if you’ll get to test that yourself. Product 5 stars, seller packaging 5 stars, Amazon packaging one star.

Leaking only after a few months
A very disappointing product. We bought 2 of them and both started leaking all over our bags only after about 6 months of regular use, very disappointing. The crystals are very nice quality though
