Foils were sealed shut
Most of the foil balloons were sealed shut and we were unable to get the helium cone inside. 1 or 2 we were able to forcefully push it through to get them blown up. The ones we were not were useless

Major issues
Two of the green star balloons wouldn't stay inflated for long and one of th two with the ninja turtles had a hole in it and wouldn't blow up at all. I made it work by cutting it and taping to the wall for an extra effect but the product is definitely defective.
