i purchased the product and asked for replacement because it is not working , they send another one which also not working. i tried to return both but no option for that now , i need my money.

I bought this product because I picked up some material dining room chairs second hand. They were full of pulls but I had used on of these on clothes before so I figured what the heck.. this product is amazing. My chairs look brand new!! It was so easy to use. It's got right down into the material and shaved off the pulls with ease! Fits right in your hand. Would recommend this product. It's not just for clothes. But works well on those too!!
