4K warning
It only supports HDMI 1080p @ 60 mhz. If you go to 4K, it will be limited to 30 mhz.

Never worked. Initially we thought the laptop was the issue. The seller did not refund or offer to fix, even though the purchase was made less than 3 months ago.

The product don't have serial number neither service tag so if you call dell for warranty they'll tell you the product doesn't have one.

i got delivery of this device on 1 March 2020. it is working for only for USB. it is not connecting to monitor .
