Solgar Sfp Milk Thistle Herb Extract 150 Vegetable Capsules

I have used this for awhile. I have had a liver transplant in 2001. I was told I had stage 2 fibrosis in 2018. In 2021 there was no fibrosis found.

Haven't used this brand of Milk Thistle yet, but Milk Thistle is one of the reasons why my father's SGPT went down from 256 to 75--almost within normal range. I trust this brand (Solgar), so i hope it will benefit him well, too.

I received delivery on 9/11 and only used for five days (30 capsules) and was shocked when I saw the bottle (250) was almost empty!

I've been taking this daily for at least 35 years. It cleanses the liver. If you're taking aspirin, or anything stronger daily, or insist on eating sugar free products that substitute chemicals for sugar, or smoke, or drink, you need to take this, too. It's not a magic bullet, but it's certainly an excellent aid.

I use this to lower my blood pressure. This seems to be determined by the quality of the brand, and this finally did the job!! Along with other natural and low-toxicity prescription medication, Black Cumin, Cayanne Pepper, Hydrochlorothyzide, and one other. This probably did about 10 points, taken in AM/ 2 dose.
