Just set this up, does the job nicely, intended for an apple with built in stand ... mine already had a VESA mount but added the stand bracket direct to the VESA mount perfect

Fantastic product and great service

Chose because of it's simple, solid design, relatively low away-from-the-wall profile, height range, and weight capabilities. Installs very easily. Secures very confidently. The height and locking mechanisms are great. The one problem is the weight it can handle. It's rated for 17.6 pounds. I mounted a wide screen monitor at just around 15 pounds. It can just barely hold it up, but the angle tilts down over time. Maybe with a very long arm hex key you could get it tight enough to hold, but if it's against a wall, you're going to have a hard time tightening it enough to hold a monitor that heavy up. I wish they would add a second support to the vesa arm to easily support the weight. This was the closest I could find to my requirements.

Really disappointed. Set this up and was excited to do so! However as I was tightening the tension the screw popped out and the plastic broke! Would not recommend..Instead I'd recommend the Amazon basic monitor arm it's amazing
