My picture is rather blurry but you can get the idea. We have limited space on our patio so we were looking for a small portable fire pit to enjoy campfires on cool evenings. This fire pit is perfect! It is very simple to assemble and the fire stays in the stainless steel mesh. When we are finished with our campfire we pour a little water over it and the ashes are all in the mesh. Simple to dispose of! Then we fold everything up and put it away until next time. I highly recommend this portable fire pit!

I got this to burn palms for Ash Wednesday. It worked out great! After breaking the palms, they laid fine on the wire mesh, burned down, and the ashes were very fine as the mesh worked also as a sifter for any particles that didn't burn down as much. I also got a fire proof mat to put underneath the fire pit that caught the fine ashes that slid nicely into the pot. I have only used it one time, and the wire mesh discolors as I would expect from the intense heat. The wire mesh didn't break apart afterwards. I think and hope it will work in the years to come.

Good portable fire pit. Capable of supporting 3-5 logs at a time. The portable design is clever and the item is easy to assemble.My one criticism is that when assembling the legs, one attachment has a slightly loose/wobbly fit. This is not a huge problem and can be fixed with some tape. Amending it would result in more stability.

Nice for backpacking and short camping trips

Easy to assemble, clean, and dismantle. Lightweight and compact, does not take up much room. Perfect for the beach and camping.
