This product does not work at all. I followed the instructions to the letter, and still, tarnish was not removed from my silver necklaces. I have taken these same necklaces to a jeweler for cleaning and know that it is possible to remove the tarnish. This product is ineffective, or, it is broken. My son, who is an Engineer, also tried it and followed the instructions. He also believes it is either broken or just not effective at cleaning jewelry. I WILL LIKE TO RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW I CAN RETURN IT AND RECEIVE A REFUND.

I think it works well. I'm not the best at judging this though. My ring definitely looked better once it came out then when it went in. Though it didn't seem like it really did anything. LOL

The first time it was used it turned on once but didn't work properly and then wouldn't turn on at all after that. It came broken. I was in the process of moving when it came so didn't even open the box till just now, but since a month has gone by since it was bought, I can't get it replaced or get my money returned. Very disappointed.

The product worked fine but it is dead as a doornail after only 4 or 5 uses.

Worked great. nice job. Cleaned wifes rings and some coins and the solution showed the results, muddy.
