what is difference between beard oil and regular shave oil?? is it for shaving off the beard completely?

Weird smell

I started using in September and feel weird smell coming from this beard wash, i believe it is an expired product. I don't know if you could send a good product to me. I have used bulldog products and got an issue with beard shampoo and conditioner.☹️
