Bought this 19mm flange to try a smaller size, works great. Getting better output and less pain than with the 24mm.Note: I did see reviews mentioning that the flange size is not marked on these but it is marked, just in a different location than the spectra flanges. To see the size you have to face the breast shield towards you and look into the tube.

I have a spectra s2 and pumping was getting painful with the 24mm flanges. I realized that I was using too big a flange. I bought this trying to see if going down a size in flange would do the trick. However, when I tried using it, the size was perfect but I wasn't getting much suction or milk. I've tried it a few times with no success. I did notice that it doesn't cover as much as the spectra flanges, and is slightly different in shape, so maybe it wasn't enough surface area to get a good suction for me.

Much cheaper than real Spectra flanges, but these did not work for me. Suction on the nipple is ok, but milk backed up in the duckbill and almost overflowed out of the flange before I noticed. Looks like this problem has happened to other customers also... shame on me for not reading through the reviews before purchasing. Very dissatisfied. I’ll be returning these.

This 19MM flange is literally bigger than my 21 MM flange.
