Ordered 250 mg DIM, but received 200 mg DIMNot happy about that!

So I turn 50 this year... and the 'pause has hit me like a ton of bricks. Hot flashes and cystic acne are the worst. WELL.. got this stuff on the weekend ( shipped very quickly) and already noticing a difference!! Will definitely be ordering again! ...EDIT... STILL AWESOME. My old face thanks you. This is my 5th.. 6th.. bottle results keep up. I go back and forth between the 250 mg and the 200 mg.. not really noticing any diff there ,if anyone was wondering if there was one. Well I have been using this for about four months and when my last bottle was shipped I noticed the bottle was smaller and the label looked off. Sure enough, when I started taking that batch, my night sweats returned, and my belly fat increased. I just finished the bottle and opened the new bottle which is much larger and the pills are a different color! But these must be the real ones because I got a headache the morning after I started taking it which happened when I first started taking it. Make sure you check to ensure there isn't a difference from one bottle to the next because I suffered for a long time because of whatever they sent me.

I did not have my period for 4 months. 1 am 52. After taking this for 5 days, I started a very light period for the first time in 4 months! I took 2 pills instead of 1 per day. Acne has disappeared. Had a headache for a few days but that is gone now. Hopefully it will help with the weight loss. So far impressed with product!Update December 17, 2022 - Hair loss almost completely stopped, acne stopped, period returned to normal,, lost 6 pounds. My skin looks great ! Yes it works. I can't praise this supplement enough! I went from being exhausted ALL THE TIME and having no energy after my day of work to arriving home from work with the drive to get projects done. My appetite is under control and though I haven't lost weight my waist has shrunk about 1/2 and inch which I know because I sew my own clothes. I really was feeling desperate but doubtful ordering this but I will never be without it now.

I don't think I have ever written an amazon review but I had to for this product.....I am 53 and going through peri-M and have had a month long P followed by weeks of spotting with no end in sight. I am working with a naturopath and she got the P to stop but not the spotting so I did some research and found this product. Within an hour after my first capsule the spotting stopped and it has now been a full week and no P in sight. I got my life back and could not be happier. I have not suffered from hot flashes, tenderness so I can't comment on those things but I have dropped 4 lbs in this last week so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or coincidence but thought I would mention it. I will recommend this to others and will continue to take it.
