Can this be used with a blow-dryer only?

The blow dryer helps straighten it out, but the flat iron is what seals the straightening treatment in your hair, and treats it as an iron guard. So the answer is no, it shouldn't be used with a dryer only. The back of the box says blow dry then use a flat iron to seal in the straightener *i just pulled out my box and read it lol*.

Does anyone use it on dry hair for a touch up with a flat iron on day 2?

I’ve used it on my dry hair to touch up the frizz but not using a flat iron. I actually bought this just for killing the frizz but don’t use a flat iron or hair dryer.
