I spend most of my time in front of a computer screen. I have tried numerous products to help alleviate my lower back pain. This product was perfect for me for two reasons. First and foremost two separate products mean I can use one at home and one at work. My office chair, although very comfortable is curved and does not support proper seated posture. I used mesh back support at work to solve this problem, and it has worked miracles. At home, I run into a similar problem, but I required something that provided considerably more support. The memory foam cushion handles that task splendidly, and now I can sit for several hours and not worry about getting up every 30 minutes to stretch out and rest my back. Wolfpack products have kept in constant contact with me to make sure everything arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Customer service is clearly one of their top values. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an inexpensive product to alleviate constant back pain associated with improper posture.

Dissatisfied after buying several lumbar cushions, I took a chance on this one, and am very happy with it. Unlike the others, it does not lose it's support from going flat after a period of time. If you want just a little support for a small amount of time, buy one of the others. But if you are looking for superior long lasting support, this is the one you want. You can use it with the mesh frame alone, the cushion alone, or both together, which is how I use it. It has straps on the mesh frame to hold the cushion part in, and it has a very long strap to wrap around the thickest chairs, like my deluxe manager desk chair. Working at my desk for 8-12 hours per day, this unit NEVER loses its support power. I am glad I found this product and gave it once more chance to purchase one in hopes it would work, and it did. Awesome product.

I personally like the black cushioned support better than the mesh one. I started out w the mesh one thinking it would be more cushioned but i found it lost its support really fast. It did help support my lower back and hips at first but it always slid down my office chair (which is my sewing chair) and after a couple weeks didn't help at all. I'm using the black cushioned one right now and it's helping more & stays in place so far. I've also taken the cushioned one to events and craft shows I display at and wow it really helped w those metal folding chairs. My back and hips didn't hurt as much at the end of the day.

Having read all the positive 5 star review, I was really excited to order the Product. Not anymore. It is not bad product. Also it is not a 5 star product either. Why? I bought it for using it for a office chair. If I use the adjustable strap and the memory form together, It is too much for the chair. It occupies more space and could not place myself in the chair completely. If you just use the memory form, then it supports only part of the back. The adjustable straps cannot be used alone as there are nothing to support it to the chair and have to place it in position every time, you get back to the chair. So you have to carefully think about the chair, you are using to use it on.

I bought this sweet relief cushions memory foam as an advanced fathers day gift for my husband who is suffering back pain for weeks. He always complaining about his chair that cause him having a back pain. I supposed to give this to him on Fathers day but because i do not want to see him suffered back pain i gave it to him as an advanced gift. After couple days, i am asking him how is the lumbar support. He said, it helps a lot. His back feel relax when he was leaning the lumbar pillow. The mesh back he used it on his truck. He said, he need to check it on how to put it on correctly because it keeps moving. you know, when thing not put on correctly it wont works well too.. First off I choose this product because out of all the ones i viewed this had a perfect review. Although i had a slight issue I had to give this product a 5 star rating. Before i could even contact them about my issue they had already reached out to me to see how the product was doing. I then advised them of my problem which i'm certain was a manufacturing defect. I drive on the side for Uber and my back was in so much pain when i received the pillow defective or not i couldn't drive without it. Wolfpack sent me a new pillow set no charge it arrived today and is in perfect condition. Thank you guys so much this is what customer service is supposed to be.

After straining my lower back from driving long distances, I bought this for extra support. I wasn't used to the cushion pillow at first because it was thicker than I thought it would be. I couldn't really rest my head back while sitting down in my computer chair. I've grown to like it though because it helps me sit straighter instead of slouching while relieving my back as I'm studying. If I really wanted to lay my head back, it's nothing that a rolled up blanket can't fix. I used the cushion pillow when I'm sitting on the couch as well. As for the mesh cushion, I use that in the car. Just drove a four and a half hour trip today and the mesh cushion (along with proper adjustments to your seat) really helped!
